I recently went through and did an update to our site using the VSD, when complete, I published, everything looked to be going fine, when complete I went online to verify and nothing it's still the old info.

Where did the NEW info go???

After updating anything with VSD expect to have either

(a) what looks a jumbled mess (B) no changes at all

As Eric says basically refresh all the pages by holding down Ctrl and click on F5

also you may have to delete browser history

Bare in mind anyone else who has recently viewed your site may have the same issue, so best to only upload major edits , or better still try not to go live untill most of the work is done especially with NEW websites.
