After I install the visual web designer, it works fine, but when I close the computer then re-start it, the short cut will not open the program. I have to download the program again. How do I fix this?

Also, some of my pages do not show properly when uploaded - why is this and how do I fix it?

Have you arleady tried the fix that people have posted on the forums for you to Run as Administrator? just open the shorcut (right click) and choose properties, go to the Compatibility tab and at the bottom check the Run as Administrator checkbox. Save it and you should be fine after that. Let us know if that doesn't fix it for you.
