I attempted to read the other posts to see if this problem was already explained and I could not find it or overlooked it, so I apoligize if this is a repeat. I also left this buried in a Change of Computer upload issue before finding all these.

I am having a problem with the VSD upload, still looking for Form Files made in Forms Designer and inserted into VSD 6, which was zipped in the conversion.

I have Win 7, was previously on VSD 6, upgraded to 7. Version 6 Website was uploaded months ago and is working fine.

So here are the details:

I upgraded my VSD Version 6 to Version 7. I guess the original version 6 website (PST Coffee Web-v6) was zipped in the upgrade automatic conversion (guessing because I really did not pay attention during the automatic upgrade). But a new site folder was automatically made ( PST Coffee Web_website) with a different name v6 removed.

On the new VSD Site (on computer), I upgraded the wording and buttons on pages ect, but did not upgrade the inserted Forms Made in Web Designer. When I attempted to publish the finshed upgraded web, I get a message that says the XML File for the v6 Contact Form (PST_Contact) is not in the v6 folder (which is the old site). I attached the actual. Support Ticket had me do stuff like go into the v6 files and move the xml files to a separate folder, delete the flash form and re add it with flash tool from the different folder. This did not work and actually created a different error relating to html. So I did the following to cut to the chase. Basically attemtped to act as though I were creating a new page.

So I went back into Forms Desgner and Saved (under a different name, PST_contact to Contact) the Forms (made in Forms Designer) used in the program to another folder. I then remove the old flash forms and added the new ones made with Forms designer from a different folder. I did this hoping that now I have save new forms that should have nothing to do with the old v6 site. I checked the new web and the Html shows the names for the new forms I made.

However the publish up still gives me the same message looking for the files in the v6 folder. I have looked all over VSD to find where I can redirect this hook to look for the new flash forms in the new site rather than the old.

It almost seems as though the upgrade, upgraded just the VSD stuff and not the links to the Flash Forms, but I am guessing.

With Coffe Cup being closed I have missed the upload deadline, but Can someone help me with the keystrokes to fix or the reasoning for this.

In VSD click on add flash on the left side of the design window. Now click in your page about where you want the form to be. This will open a window where you can browse to the location of the PST_contact to Contact.xml file. Click on it and VSD should add all the needed files. You can verify the files are there by clicking on "Edit" then "Remove files". They should be listed in there.
