Preview Not Available? - Post ID 142777
Howdy! I'm using VSD and I'm putting in a number of galleries.
I've got Coffecup Photo Gallery open. VSD is open. I've created my gallery in Photo Gallery and saved it. Then I went to VSD, used the "Add Coffeecup Application Tool" and created a large box. From the pop-up I chose the gallery that I just saved.
Inside the box it says "preview not available" over and over and over. When I hit "Preview" I can see the gallery just fine.
Should I worry about this? Is it supposed to be visible in VSD?

Yes, that is correct. Flash objects are not visible while inside of VSD.

Oh, okay! Glad I'm not going crazy. Thanks!!

I have a question about the "Add Coffee Cup Application" tool in VSD. I created my a photo gallery in CC Photo Gallery. I was using Flash Firestarter for my slide shows. My Question is when I use the "add coffee cup application" tool do I still need to go to settings and add files. Because I created a sample gallery clicked the ACCA Tool, browsed for the file, selected just the xml file and that was it when I previewed it in VSD it previewed fine, is it that simple no need to add files?
Firestarter does not have an XML file, so you cannot use the Flash Add Tool for that program. You would need to use the HTML Tool and add the files manually.

So with CC Photo Gallery I can just use the "Flash Add Tool" select the xml file and thats it? No need to add any file manually?
