Ok so maybe the title is a little over the top for this forum...lol...I had to get you attention.
On a serious note thanks for reading. I need help I am designing this site, scdcmd.com, and I was browsing around and found this site http://www.rljmclartylanders.com/index.html.
Two things I love about this site the "dealer location menu button" that drops down, not necessarily the map, but just the drop down part. Also the "brand links" that change color when you rollover them.
Heres my question. What are they using to build those features? Please help. I really want to take my web design to the next level.

Pretty Menus & Flashy Links. Please...
You can accomplish both with a pure css menu. A dhtml menu will also work.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Micah-
You can use the Flash Menu Buillder for nice looking menus. Easy to configure, but the drop down feature in it is limited. CoffeeCup also has a DHTML Menu builder for free, again easy to use but I never had any luck getting it to work in VSD (although that was one try).
And you can use the Mouseover tool for effects like a picture to show up where you have a shape, change shapes, other text, or just change colors when mouse over occurs. Simply select a shape, highlight it, then click the Mouseover button in VSD. Toggle between Original and Mouseover to make changes. Or the Buttonizer is a neat tool that will do pretty much the same thing, just has more options for colorizing the button/image/shape. The only problem you should have is if the mouseover images overlap, VSD does not like that so you have to have blank space where a mouseover object would expand, and not place them on top of each other.
