I use this all the time... simple to use and implement.

Tom-
Well that worked in the preview anyway after saving as a Web Page in Office 2007. I'll upload it this weekend and see how it works. Thanks!
Cliff-
Nice site. I like the presentation of the ispringfree app. May go to it if this fails. Thanks

2007 is
Office button > Save As (in Save As dialog, choose Web Page from Save As Type drop-down)
Office button > Save As (in Save As dialog, choose Web Page from Save As Type drop-down)
I saved the Power Point this way (under a new file name) added it to the page and it worked in a preview in VSD. After uploading, it would not work. I checked that the file was uploaded to the server, which it was, but it kept giving me a file error, something to do with MSOffice compatibility, then an Adobe warning came up. After clicking the Adobe button, the site kept opening and opening until I had 25-30 web pages open and had to shut down to stop it. (??)
How did you add it to the page? Did you just link to the new page, or did you open the new page in Wordpad and copy the code then paste into VSD using the html tool?
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
I copied and pasted the html code. No luck. I added as a flash object. No luck.
Now I downloaded ispringfree and as much as it converts it to a XML flash file VSD will not recognize it. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.
So the next best thing was to add it as a slide show with CC's Photo Gallery. Not what I was looking for, but it works.

You only pasted the code within the body tags into VSD and not all the html, right?
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Well I'm not sure what I entered into the html editor of VSD, but I just copy/pasted it from the Office software after saving as html. That is the only method that worked in the Preview mode, but then not when I uploaded it. The file did upload to the server, so I'm not sure what the glitch is.
What I'm getting at is, you didn't paste any tags from that html file that shouldn't be in the body section of another html document did you?
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
No I really doubt it Tom. I opened the power point, saved it under a new file name as a web page (html) to my desktop, then opened CC VSD and opened the html editor on the page I wanted, copied and pasted the html from the saved document. As I said, it worked just fine in a preview in VSD, but after uploading it to my server it did not work. The file started to open as I expected, but then a pop up Adobe window opened asking if I wanted to allow this to be opened. When I selected Yes, don't ask again, the site started to open page after page until there were 25-30 pages open. I closed as fast as I could, but finally had to shut down the computer to stop it. Not something I want visitors to have to deal with, and the flash slide show is something that they won't have to open/download to view.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
