I came out with a sign up form for my website and it comes with this code to embed it.

I tried using the html tool but wasn't able to input it. It didn't show anything.

Please help me i greatly appreciate it.

Using trial edition windows XP my website is www.northernfairways.ca my hosting and domain is through godaddy.com

Trial edition of what? CC Form builder? CC Visual Site designer? Please explain a bit further what you did and what error you got.

Visual site designer, when i clicked and dragged the html tool and inserted my code hit ok, it did not show anything when i previewed my web page

Ok.

When you have created the form and saved it, open your site in VSD and use the Flash tool, not the html tool. The flash tool is the lightning with a 'plus'. Look up the xml file of your form, and VSD does all the rest for you, adds all the necessary files. Save your work and preview.

The html tool is for other apps that don't have a xml file.
