I would like to take a one page PDF and use it on a page or as a page in Visual Site Designer?

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks

You can link to a PDF as follows:
Click link.
Then when the pop up appears, click on the "..." button adjacent to the Docum option.
Select the PDF you wish to insert from your hard drive.

I hope this helps :0)

Hi, Here's a method that works for me. Go to the page you want to use, add page or whatever, then go to your pdf. Edit, outline parts you want on your VSD page, right click and copy. Then go to VSD, use your text tool, draw a line and the right click and paste. Easy. works great and there's your page in VSD. Sarah

Thanks Sarah,
I tried that but all I could get was the text. All the images and charts would not copy over.

ok. well, i use Nitro for PDF. There you can copy an image, , paste it in a graphics program (Corel Draw), save it and export as jpg, to a file, then add it to your VSD page. Hope this helps. Sarah

Would the information then be visible to search engines though Sarah?

Hi Sharoni, Good question, but, I really don't know. It would be like any image that you put in VSD, but I don't know if they are visible to search engines either. Maybe someone with more knowledge of this can tell us. Sarah

Hi Sharon,

pdf's can be read by the search engine as long as the content isn't graphics(created as a pic).
