I used Flash Menu Builder to create my menu. The .html files display, but the pdf's do not. Initially, I just put the file name, then tried the entire URL, but still no luck. In FMB does the button only see an .html file? Help!

The first thing I'd do is use an FTP client to see if the ratingsform.pdf file is in the server root directory. If it's there, compare the file name to the link. Ensure the link is identical to the file.

You can download a free FTP client here.

Is the pdf file uploaded to your server?
If so just link it to the location -if i were to have a pdf file in the Download folder, then my link would be
( files/download/name of pdf here.pdf ) but yours doesn't show but is set to the root where the html files are at. are you sure it's there.

Is the pdf file inside another folder?
I am just seeing the name of the file but no folder location when the error message pops up...
