I was wondering if I am missing a setting or something because when I want to edit one of my pages they are not in alphabetical order like version 6. I have over 500 pages and this makes it almost impossible to find the page that I want to edit. Also is there a quicker way to publish just one page rather than uploading every single page. This method takes me about 20 minutes to save and publish which is kind of ridiculous for just one page. Any help would be appreciated.

That is actually a setting in the software. Go to the Settings Menu > Organize Pages

The upload process does only send the pages that were changed, but it has to do a full local and remote compare to determine which files must be uploaded.
