I am having trouble getting VSD to allow me to scroll down to view everything on one of my web pages. I have changed the size to the height dimensions to 1500 pixels on all of my pages so that I can see all of this one, but I am still unable to scroll. In the VSD program it looks fine, and when I preview the page, it looks good, but after it is uploaded I am unable to see the buttons and information toward the bottom of the page.

Thanks for any advice :)

What happens if you set the height of that one page to a higher value, say 2000, and publish?

Amy - check your page size again. When I looked at the source code it has the height at 1000px, same as all the other pages. The table image is 786px tall, add that to the space above it (menu, photo, text) and you're over 1000px - never mind the bottom menu and info.
Have you tried Tom's suggestion? Add a lot of length, 'til you can see the whole page, then tweak the length back to what you actually need to show everything to the bottom of the page. You could also use a pixel ruler (Google to get one), or within VSD, drag out a vertical line the length of your page info and see how many pixels long it is (then just delete the line).
Let us know how it's going :)

Okay, I changed the length of the page to 2000, but I'm still having the same problem. I don't understand why the page is showing up fine in VSD and when I preview it, but not after it is saved and published.

Any other suggestions? I'll keep working on it, but it is confusing.

Thanks :)

I've made another change to my site to see what happens and it's like nothing I do is recognized after the site is uploaded. I've deleted everything in my browsing history and cache, and nothing.

Duh...okay, nevermind. After checking my FTP settings, I see that I've been uploading all of my junk to another website location. It looks good now - using the wrong web address!! :/

Thanks for the help and advice

Hi Amy, Just a suggestion and maybe you've tried this, but... Go to the button in VSD that says "Page". Write in your page height where the Page Properties box says "height", then click on the "Preset Sizes" and click on your new height. That will make the page longer, then click on "SAVE". Then preview, and if it looks ok, then Upload, but be sure you have the correct info. You can test before uploading to make sure everything is working ok.

Also I had an idea about your buttons. Click on one of them and go to "object", the one next to "file", "edit", and click on "arrange" and bring to front. "Save" Don't know if this will help, but a try is worth the time. Let us know. We are all interested in learning how to fix new problems. thanks.

Great. Guess I was a day late and a dollar short. Sorry. Glad you fixed it.

I'm glad you got it all figured out! Nothing like finding part of your website uploaded into a different site
Now that you have it under control, you could take some of that empty space off the bottom so users won't be scrolling down to find nothing there.
Nice site! ;)
