So....open the page and click on "add html" and put it under "header"?

Click on "Edit" then "Edit Header"

0 if you don't want the user to see anything. Some times you might want to let the user see the old page and let them know they are being redirected. So what ever amount of time it takes to read " You are being redirected" or what ever your message says.
