Overlapping text etc.when VSD...

My website pages look fine when displayed online but upon printing the pages I notice that I get overlapping text especially where I have placed the text inside a colored box like on my homepage www.hydrobluepools.com.

Can anyone tell me why this may be happening?

Your text looks absolutely horrible on IE9 and FF4. Chrome and Opera look OK. Are you using the latest version of VSD?

You crazy? Looks great on FF4!
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?

Yeah, looks absolutely fine here, on FX4. Guess it might be time for glasses for the little devil ;)

Not sure exactly but your printer could render images and/or text differently from your browser. Most sites that expect to be printed have a simplified page for printing.

Yep Zac is right... And while I don't have the "exact" answer for you. I have noticed that many sites that expect to be printed, will have a separate CSS set-up for printing. Since you are using VSD, you "might" have to consider making a separate set of pages specifically for printing... Or learn HTML and CSS, then you'll be good to go. ;)

OK, just want to get clarification, is the consensus that it does not look good in IE9? I have IE8 and it looks fine. My VSD is version 7 build 11. Is there anything I can do if it looks bad in IE9?

As far as the printed pages, that is less of a concern but I do seem to have issues placing text over a colored box.

I'm not sure I'd worry much about IE9. As long as it looks good in FX, IE8... I'd worry more about Chrome & Safari before I would IE9.

fine in IE 7 & 8, FF4 and Chrome - needs some css work in IE 9 unless compatibility mode is turned on.

No, I'm not crazy. But thanks for opening your mouth. Now insert foot! Should I attach another shot with IE9 for the other foot?
