I have a title in on the new site I am working on but want to change it, when I put it in just stays the same? Thanks

To change the title i'm affraid the only option there is to open your project, and under files select "save as" and name it what you will, at that point you will have 2 websites, 1 old 1 new, delete the old website folder if you care to.
