Well, this is a new one on me. I tried to use a picture that I resized to 293 x 500 & get an error of "There is not enough memory to read the picture. Reboot computer."

Is this a system message or a VSD message?

Well, maybe this will work:

Nope, it didn't. Can I email it to you, Eric?

That error is caused by the EXIF information is missing from your image. Simply re-save it in a graphics program and it should correct the problem.

It's a jpg file. What should I try to re-save it to?

Just resave it as the same name with any graphics editor, even MS Paint will do. This will put the EXIF information back in.

Another great image viewer is IrfanView www.irfanview.com and it will fix this too.
