Work for the school district and we got reimaged over the summer. So I purchased an other VSD, but after downloading and installing there are no themes. If I select themes it says there aren't any installed.
Using Windows 7.

If you had purchased VSD before, you did not have to buy it again. You can always re-download the program from your account page.

You can do the same with your purchased themes. You can re download them.

Amy, have you looked in the file folder where VSD is installed? I just checked mine (program files(x86) > CC Software > VSD > themes), and there are some in there.
---Win7

If you don't have them, try downloading again, as Christopher suggested. :)

Yes, I reinstalled the program, and the themes are in the themes folder, but when I click on "create a new website based on a theme," it says there aren't any. So, I manually have to go in and get the themes?

Uninstalled and reinstalled as administrator. I noticed this time during the installation process it stopped and I got a partial error message that read: Microsoft VBScript runtime - permission denied.

Try running CC cleaner after you uninstall then do the install.

'CCleaner' is a program offered free by Piriform. Download at www.piriform.com

A brief description copied from their site:
"CCleaner is the world's most popular tool for cleaning your PC. Keep your privacy safe online, and make your computer faster and more secure. Over 5 million downloads a week!"

A good little program. Safe and reliable.
