I had to re download VSD and it opens, but when I click on the left hand side of it to open Web Video Player (which i downloaded and own also), I get a pop up window to "buy it" again or "cancel".

Shouldn't the program open?

This is something you have to contact CC support about, I think. If you have bought a programme, you should be able to redownload without being asked to buy again.

Where did you go to download? If you click on the tab above that is "Get Support" you will find a link to download and get upgrades for programs you have purchased.
