I would re-size the image with a editor to the size you want it then bring the image into VSD and add the mouseover to see if that will fix it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

O.k. Katie...I see what you mean now. So maybe what Zac means is to clean out all references to this mouseover and start afresh.

Yes. :)

More complicated stuff:
When you create a mouseover in VSD, it creates two images; you can change which one is showing to edit it by toggling those radio buttons in the mouseover properties box. VSD errors when rendering the two images if either is edited in certain ways - I believe this is one of those 'planned' errors so that two images of slightly different sizes occupy the same space. It should be fixed, however, so that images moved to the right or down are not affected.
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?

I give up. I resized the image before I brought it into VSD. Created the mouseover and it still stretched. I also just noticed that the mouseover image loses its transparency too. http://girlriders.net/test

I think this stretching thing is a bug.

I would open a support ticket. I did sum testing and found a few issues with mouseovers also.:/
