Hi All

I am wanting to use mouse over/Buttonize but with my current project i am wanting my buttons to sit directly in front of an image (.jpg).

Is there any way to get around the error that VSD always gives you when a rollover image touches another image?? :mad:

Any help would be really appreciated..

Andrew this can be done. Use an html box to reference the image behind your mouseover.:)
<img src="images/mypic.jpg" width="300" height="200" alt="" title="" border="0" />

Paste the code then add a folder to VSD with your images.

Hi Eric

I have tested it but it does not seem to work properly as I seem to get a white box behind the rollover.

Take a look at the attachment and see what you think....

Are those your own hand made objects in VSD or png images? A link might help diagnose the problem.

Hi Eric

Here is the test URL. http://www.rotherhamironingservices.co.uk/

The big white boxes were related to the drop shadow but these have now been removed but I still have a white outline around the button, I think this is related to the curved edges on the button but I could be wrong...

The effect on the object with the round edges is causing the problem.

Andrew, Just for the fun of it I placed the same object with a mouseover with round corners on top of a jpg on the same page and VSD let me do it. Not sure why it did but I'm not going to argue. The "This is behind" box is a jpg that I made inserted with the picture tool in VSD. So give that a try.

Make sure your mouseover objects don't touch each other.:)
