Can someone take a quick look at sportscardshack.com. I built this entry page in VSD and the menu button keeps picking up an image background from somewhere. I tried deleting the button out and copyin another button to replace it but the copied button then gains the picture background. I'm kinda scratching my head here.....

Make sure that image isn't hiding behind your menu and only shows when uploaded.
Try resyncing your site because if I edit your HTML and delete that image the menu button "Hockey" is behind it.

Tried re-syncing, it still looks the same to me.

I'm trying to figure out why VSD made an image this size.

Try bringing your menu buttons down a little from the header or get rid of the shadow effect from them just to see if that's whats causing it. They may be to close because I do see some over lap.

I removed the image from my page and the third button now inherited the issue.

I have the same problem, any suggested solution, this is very very bad, most of my nav on one of my pages are messed up ( on mouseover they display incorrectly ) from a nav bar that is a copy and paste from a page that does not have this issue.

It appears that you can only have three nav buttons at the top of the page (doesnt seem right but thats what it appears to be).
I deleted all of the buttons and started over. I ended up with the same result. I temporarily went with two buttons at the top nav bar and hotlinked the images on the page. I've goitta turn in for tonight, I'll play with this again tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.

I had this problem, and got rid of it by deleting all files on the server, then re 'publishing' the site. It seems to me to be 'buggy' behaviour, but others may provide a real "don't this and that won't happen " instruction and explanation. Anyway, it made the problem go away. I also forced all my test browsers to empty their cache, so I'm not absolutely certain which activity fixed it.

In my case, a menu button picked up text from a completely unrelated 'buttonised' text button on a different page.
