Maps in VSD

I used a map generator called mapseasy.com to generate the html code to display a map. At the bottom of each page, there is a small map (200x150). On my contact page I have a larger map (350x300). The issue is they both will not work together. If I remove the code for one, then the other will work. This may be the generators issue, or and html issue. (I would just remove on or the other, but the boss wants both  )

Here is the link, this is only a test site, the link do not work properly yet as they refer to the old site:

I would suggest using Google Maps. I have never had an issue with more than one map on a page. You may need to contact mapseasy.com to ask them how to install multiple maps.

Sorry, the correct link is: http://esteem.poolsharkbilliards.com/contact.html

It uses google maps, it just generates the code for it. I will dig into google and remove the 'middle man'.

The problem is that the script is getting your map container by ID so you can only have one when doing it this way. If you want both the script will need to be switched to class or make the two ID's unique.
You also have a bunch of extra code that doesn't belong in the page.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I saw that w3xxxx code there and thought it had something to do with the with the map. I changed the map over by only using only google maps (finaly figured it out, as I had to log in using my google account.) I change the code over for the map but that other 'stuff' is still there.

ok, where would that code be coming from? I am searching VSD, but.... sadly, I lost where to start. :(

I know how to remove it from the html code. Maybe I should do a re-sync, now that I remove the map generator code?

Would anyone know where I would find out where this code is coming from:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

I have searched in all the places I can think of in VSD, but no luck.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
