I had to format my PC and lost my settings, I want to download a html page I created with VSD to modify it
How do I do this in a new site page

i don't think its possible if you lost your source files,but you can always recreate it or import it into HTML editor

That is correct. If you lost the VNU file, you will need to re-create your website from scratch. You can always open these files in our HTML Editor 2010SE.

Hiya Rob,

Check your server and make sure if VSD didn't save your .vnu file on your server before starting over or editing with other programs too. VSD does save your .vnu file on both your computer and uploads it so you may have it there and just not realize it. If not then yep you'll be manually editing from this point forward unless you redo it in VSD from scratch. Hopefully your file was uploaded and is safely sitting on your server :)
