I started out with one folder "Quartermaster" and the software created several : Quartermaster V6 Website, Files and Download. The extra pages I created are found in Quartermaster V6 Website and I link the buttons on my index file. When I preview them they work fine. After restarting the software, they have changed and are no longer linked. What am I doing wrong?

You don't mention that you upgraded from ver6 to ver7 but you do say that "the software created sereral new folders" -- did this happen when you upgraded to the latest version of VSD? If so, it sounds like your file path may have changed during the upgrade which would cause the problem.
