I think I am just going to wipe out and start over. The whole point of the first pages are to learn how things work, anyway. I'll post my results.
I did not submit a "ticket", but I did purchase the super pack egg. I'll just get rid of my trial version, download the fresh, purchased version, and begin again with all of the knowledge I have gained from the help you guys have offered.
