A note about your images....
You can get rid of all the large images if you just set one small image to repeat as a background. It won't matter how long or short your pages are, the background will look the same and it will load way faster than a bunch of large images. Also, VSD won't make copies of it every time you move/change something (see IMG_95 etc. below). Go to where you've saved your VSD site and look in the Files folder, you can delete any of those numbered image files that aren't being used.

Just to be on the safe side browser-wise, I'd get rid of the spaces in the file names (use _ to create a space) and stick with consistent cases – all lower case rather than mixing cases:
cqii_map.gif rather than /CQII%2DMap.gif
