You cannot "upgrade" your VSD website in RSD. You need to rebuild your website within RSD. Visual Site Designer builds websites using absolute positioning. This means everything has a fixed place within the page and cannot be adjusted based on the viewer’s device size (desktop, tablet, mobile phone, etc.). Absolute positioning does not allow for a modern, fluid responsive design. That means your mobile users (almost 51% of all internet traffic today) are getting an unfriendly browsing experience on your website. Google also now gives priority ranking to websites that are device-agnostic. This mean you are going to lose page rank automatically because you don’t have a responsive website. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue Visual Site Designer
