i recently started using coffeecup visual site designer and im having a problem, i created a navigation bar with a black background and the links are white, but my website background is white so whenever i put a link in, you cant see it, but i really want to keep the navigations bar black along with the white links (on the bar only) i dont mind if they arent white on the website, but on the navigation bar they have to be white! it looks rubbish if they're not, so

is there a way to change an individual links color? thank you

Hi James, Take a look at using either the advanced text or the buttonize feature.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

James, I saw your post about this under Suggestions for new programs and moved it to the HTML Editor forum, as I didn't know which software you were using. Now that I see you are using VSD, Eric's advice is better than mine in the other forum.

For the future, please don't post requests for help under suggestions, and also, please don't post the same question in several locations.

Eric, do you ever sleep? Whenever I'm online here, you are too, and we are 6 or 7 hours apart. ;)
Ha en riktig god dag!

Click on the text box that you want advanced text so that it has a blue border. Next click on the Object button at the top of VSD design window. Now in the Object properties box that opens to the right tic the "Allow Advanced Text" box. Now you can work miracles with your text.:)

James, you can also use the shape tool - create a rectangle with a white fill then in the object properties box type in your link text and set the color to black (or whatever color you want). I do this all the time to get around the default link color :)

I believe Eric is here 24 hours a day. Or maybe that pup with him (in his avatar pic) has learned to type and they take turns
