Is it possible to import a website or webpage not created in VSD to make changes to that site or page?

No, you can't import anything into VSD. Only .vnu files can be opened.

okay, is there a way to edit a vnu file to include other html files?

Hi Tommy,
I'm not really sure where your going with this, but VSD is it's own program and nothing can be imported (website wise) to it, however you can edit other websites with the Html Editor. You could also make your fresh new website in VSD and link to an html page if that is what your asking. you could also iframe it in somewhere if need be....
