I have a website that I have been doing using notepad and html coding. I would like to transition that to VSD to make it a whole lot easier. Is there a way to import it or transition it? I apologize if this answer is available somewhere. I have searched for it but have not had any luck.

Basically, no. You would need to recreate the pages in VSD.
