Hi there!
Your erudite help please!
Many of my sites are built with graphical .png objects - e.g. top banner for the website. This is the same on every page, but when navigating the site, it loads anew each time.
Is there any way of allowing those objects that are the same across the board to just load once and be there?
I understand that this may be something to do with 'CSS Display'? How would this we deployed on VSD?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Arif

While you tell VSD to use the same image on each page, it actually creates a new, duplicate image for each page. So when a page loads, it also has to load all of its associated images since they aren't in the cache.
To get around this you could add image files to the site and use the html tool to insert them into your pages. VSD won't duplicate such images, and the same pics can be used across multiple pages.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
