I have even tried turning off my mcafee program thinking that there may be an issue with the firewall protection. I have tried the ftp.nationalpolicewivesassocation.org and without the ftp. I have used / and nothing at all in the wwwfolder. I am totally at a loss, especially since I can log onto the server through filezilla. I just wish I could get it to publish through the VSD program.

Oh now I noticed my type-o. I keep leaving the i off of association. The correct site is ftp.nationalpolicewivesassociation.org. And yes, I do have it spelled right in the program. I just double checked it to make sure I wasn't being that dumb. That is correct and I still cannot get it to publish.

Scott, believe me I have tried. I cannot figure it out. I have used it with / and with nothing. I have used it with the ftp in front of the name and without. I am trying all combos to see if one would work. So far, nothing.

Have you tried enabling Passive ftp yet? That option is under the advanced settings.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. I just ran through all of the combos that I have and nothing worked. Ugggggg!

I would suggest opening a support ticket then and reference this forum post. If you can also give us FTP access, we can run a few tests from here. If we can upload here, then we know it is a local computer problem.

At first I clicked on the url you wrote here, and as you see, an i is missing in association.

Hi, has she tried /public_html? that would be the catalog if she has stated above her hosting company said it was public_html.....
