I attempted to search for an answer before asking this, but so far I haven't been successful...

I have a site that I designed with VSD and then added a forum to it. I currently have over 114 posts and 50 or so members on the forum. The issue I am facing is that I would like to add some sort of member sign up on my homepage of which it would ideally be seamless with a Simple Machines Forum. Is there a program that can do this (either bridge existing members with main site login info or work seamless with SMF even if I have to delete all member)??

Example: I register and login on the main page and thus can submit forms and travel reports and articles, photos etc, and can then go to the community forum and post under my main pages username/password.

I am guessing that your forum software does not have a member sign-in. You can use the COffeeCup Web Access Manager to keep non members out, and Web Form Builder to allow others to request access.

I have found a login solution, but have not tested it. If you google "login program" or something similar to that, you may pull up some solutions
