I got an egg in the recent egghunt (thanks CC) and it included VSD. I've only been playing with VSD for a couple of days, but I've found it has become an important part of my webpage creation toolbox. I am starting to use it to create graphically striking pages. I save the .vnu and then go to the created sub-directory and incorporate the .html file into an existing project in HTML Editor.

Having both the HTML Editor and VSD is like having a double-barrel shotgun. Its not an "either/or" for me now ... rather its a "both/and": HTML Editor for the hard coding, and VSD for the "eye candy".

Next expansion to my toolbox will be WISL.

I know that some people are using the two site builders the way as you intend to do. You just have to be aware that if you change a web page created in VSD outside that programme, the changes will not be there if you try to open it in VSD again.
