I manage a small website for a regional quilting association. I would like to create a link using VSD to a data file that users can download to their own system. This file is created by Electric Quilt software and contains all the information they need to construct a specific quilt.

My link property choices do not include a downloadable file. Can I create this type of link in VSD?

You'll need to zip the file up first then link to it in VSD.

Pick the element that you want to link such as a text box or shape then select link at the top then select Document in the link properties box.
