Some brief background. I lost my Net Fusions source file, so as I had to start from scratch I invested in VSD. Previously I had a grid of 3 columns and 20 or so rows, with text in each cell.

I can't see how to recreate this in VSD. The best I have managed is to create 3 text boxes next to each other, and enter 20 rows in each - but there is nothing to indicate how the cells line up.

Any help much appreciated..

Are you wanting a grid for lay-out purposes or a table? If you're trying to create a table, VSD doesn't have this (yet ). You would need to create your table outside of VSD then use the HTML tool to insert it in your page.

If you go to Search (above your post) and enter 'tables in VSD' you'll find several discussions about creating/using tables in VSD.

So – page lay-out or tabular data? Either way, there will be plenty of VSD users here to get you going

I think for VSD creating your grind in Excel and save as html and bringing it into your page will work fine if your just looking to display data.
