Hosting providers that work well with...

I am contemplating changing hosting providers for the organization I'm desigining a website for (with their permission, obviously). The current hosting provider requires using FTPES, which is not a problem with DirectFTP - however, I am experiencing problems with WAM uploads (or rather, not uploading), and VSD will not upload using that either.

Their customer support while trying to figure out the issues with WAM has been pretty bad, and it's frustrating me to the point where switching providers might be the path of least resistance in the long run.

Does anyone here have a recommendation for a good (preferably inexpensive) hosting provider that works well/easily with Coffeecup applications?

I have no problems working through support issues, but in a year someone else will likely be maintaining the site (someone with less experience than me, most likely), and I want it to be as easy for them as possible. If a switch needs to occur, I'd rather do it now and have everything in place for when the handover happens.

Thanks in advance!

Here's a few links (the last one being the most posts) that should answer this question. If not, please do a search as Tom has suggested as there are quite a few threads on this and these 3 should answer you for the most part.

Closing this thread as I am pretty sure the links above will cover your question. If not, please feel free to post in one of the threads above (the most recent would be the best suggestion) and I'm sure someone there will be able to assist you further :) - Jo Ann
