Hello, I upgraded my Visual Site Designer last night, now the program will not run.

Even if I run the new downloaded executable file as the administrator I do not get a complete install.
It quickly goes through opening and then nothing.

No icon to drag to my desktop, and it is not listed in my add and remove programs. There is only one graphics file listed under c:>my programs>coffee cup>visual site designer>graphics yet it is not listed under the add and remove programs...?

Please help. I have a thread going in "My Support" but it is not moving fast enough for me so I came here to the boards.

I am operating Windows 7 32 bit system.

While a support ticket may be "slower" it will probably end in an accurate answer or solution much quicker than here as CC knows their programs better than the backs of their own hands.

Please note that you submitted your support ticket at 1:40AM. Here in Atlanta we are sleeping. ;) I just looked at your ticket and I see a discussion going on.

You *sleep* in Atlanta? Tsk! So that CoffeeCup name is a bit misleading...

Now why was I thinking CC was here in Silicon Valley and that you burned the midnight oil just to keep a roof over your head? Shame on me. Not every tech company is located here. Thanks for your help Scott, it still didn't work though :( I responded back through my support to let you know the software still wouldn't install. So I will go back to patiently waiting for another response from the "My Support" division...Thank you everyone!

Not knowing what Support had suggested... Have you tried completely un-installing the software and running CCleaner, then redownload and install the new version.
