In Chrome and Internet explorer I see a double image on buttons and icons on right side of screen?

Does anyone know reason this might occur and what I can do to fix it??

It looks like an issue with grouping or the way advanced text and images together were used. I would suggest opening a support ticket and send us all your files and we can look into what is going on.
