I am SO upset. Somehow I have deleted on my computer in VSD an archive file with 9 years of info and links. It took me weeks to make it. It is on the web OK and I used an FTP program and put it back on my computer. However it is now an IE file ... How do I get it to be a VSD file again??? I've tried copying and pasting and that does not work.... Please help!

Well that is not good at all! If you manually FTP into your server you will find a folder called "Backups". Inside of there you will find a bunch of time/date stamped files for each time you have uploaded your Website. Download the one that you think is the most current and open that inside of VSD.

Once you restore, burn your Website to DVD so you have a good backup ;)

Thanks I'll try that. I have file back-ups on an external drive, but it isn't there either. I must have backed up after if screwed it up.... :mad:
