Not sure where to post this so if it needs to be moved somewhere else, let me know. I've submitted my sitemap to Google & they are reporting that there's a crawl error: http://www.gsumchurch.com/myform.xml - not found on the http://www.gsumchurch.com/connect.html page. They are correct. I don't have that anywhere. Where would they gotten that URL from?

I'm thinking it was part of the prayer request form, possibly one that was incomplete when the site was crawled but you seem to have a full form design now.

They've crawled the site since I've finished the site, in fact today. Any idea how to get rid of the "myform" that they show?
