Hi everyone,

After a long time I had to make a new form for my website made with VSD. So I started to download the latest versions.
Made my form and wanted to place it on a webpage.
I followed the instructions about how to place a form on your page and got the error message "form object" So no form showed and the problem is I just don't understand the message.
Translation problem I am afraid.

So who can explain to my wat the message means en what I have tot do to see my form instead of the error message.

Thanks for helping my out.

Hi, Henny,

I don't know how VSD works, but am using Expression Web for making my websites. Here you have a code view and a design view. Normally in design view everything looks the way it should look on the website JUST FOR these swf files. In my design view it also says "form object".
When I go to the preview the form is displayed on that very same place!

If it doesn't for you: see that the swfobject.js file is in the same map as the other files of the form and/or try to upload the new form (page) with all the files to your server and I'll bet it will work! Success!

HI ,
When adding a form or anyhting that uses an xml file that coffeecup makes the best way to add that product into VSD is to use the flash tool. This will automatically add all the nessesary files for that project to VSD and then all you need to do is place in the position you want it and upload. It's that simple.
See the link below on how to use with Visual Site Designer.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.:)
