Are you uploading through the form builder or through VSD?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Yes I am. You are right though, I need confirmation of submission page. Anyway, I'm really not sure what else to troubleshoot concerning this issue. Why would it work fine for me in FF and GC?

Works fine for me in both Firefox IE plugin and IE itself.

Could it be privacy settings or something similar?
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?

IE9 it over laps the text above a little for me.

Eric, I'm uploading through VSD.

Currently on the phone with Go Daddy. Their support replicated my issue right away and are looking into possible causes.

Did you readd the form xml on your vsd page after you change the name of the form?
