I have a website that I created a few years ago with a different software. I want to make changes using Visual Site Designer. I have put the FTP information in. Now, how do I pull up my old website to make the changes? I am not computer design savy and need some easy, plain instructions.

You can not import websites designed with another program into VSD, its in the name Visual site Designer

What you would need probably is the HTML Editor, but that requires some coding knowledge

To use VSD you would need to recreate the site within the software, which I'm sure Viv and Eric and many others that use and have used the program will tell you is not all that difficult to do when you already have all the resources at your fingertips from the current site. Takes a little extra time, but can be a fun venture too. Keep in mind though that you cannot import or export websites from VSD. If you make changes outside of the program they cannot be imported into the program so changes should always be done within the program unless you plan to never update them in it again.
