Facebook icons in VSD - Page 2

I did as above, I have managed to get a 'like' button on there, but everytime I paste the code into the html box as above, even with resizing the box in the code, my text on the entire page disappears. I have no idea why. I still have no link to the facebook page!

Janet, Do you have the website published so you can post a link?

Janet, It seems that you have the code pasted into the head of the page. If you want more of a custom look go here..

Then in VSD click on the HTML tool on the left hand panel. Then in the window that opens paste you code into the "Body HTML".

Hi, I could have sworn I pasted it into the body part of the html window. I'll check it out in the morning and try again, thanks for the help!

Never mind I was mistaken it's in the body HTML. Sorry about the confusion. I was looking at the source code for some other page that I had open.:lol:

I don't see any issues with it pushing text to the bottom of the Page though. If your seeing problems read this article about working with text in VSD. It has a huge impact on how things align. It appears that your hitting the return button to space your sentences which is a cause for elements miss aligning.

Page looks fine for me in FireFox... Have you tried forcing a refresh?

Thanks all, it is fine now! If I try and put the facebook icon code in as supplied above, which is what I want as a link to the customer's facebook page, the text on the whole page disappears!
