I had never had a problem before linking to outside sources (i.e. linking to other websites). However, ever since I upgraded my VSD to the v. 6.0, I cannot link to the sites that I want. As this is a community-based service website, it would really be helpful if I could get the following pages to link:
1) http://web.extension.uiuc.edu/ogle/4hfair/index.html
2) http://web.extension.uiuc.edu/ogle/4hyouth.html
So far, these are the only two that I have tried to edit with the v. 6.0 VSD. The page that they are supposed to be linking from is http://www.oglecountyfair.com/4_h.html
(Note: as of 5.20.09, the site that has been up is from the previous version of VSD, so those links work--it is only on the current 6.0 that I am having troubles on)
The error that keeps coming up says: One of your pages links to the following file but it does not exists / [insert above link] / Click OK to see which objects links to this file / Click on Browse to replace the file
What is going on here? The only button that I can click on with the error is the OK button! Is this something from the new v 6.0 VSD or is it the site that I am trying to link to? I even tried to manually enter in an HTML code to link to the other pages but that same error kept coming up! If there is any-one who can help, please! Fair is coming up fast and I kind-have need to get this dealt with. Thanks!
