Error Uploading from VSD to easyspace

I have spent ages trying to ceate and upload my new site from VSD to my easyspace hosting. As it gets so far through the process it errors saying - The program can not create a catalog. How can I solve this, please help as it is really annoying me now.

Dbl check with your host to confirm your ftp settings.

Easyspace are just saying there is not much they can do to help, but if i send them the spec requirement for VSD 5.3 they will look into it. As far as I'm aware all ftp settings are correct. I read somewhere about the page names making a difference, could it be that and if so how do i edit them?

Nicola, please update your VSD! We're on version 7, build 24 now. ;) There have been many changes since ver. 5.

why upgrade when I have never got the first v 5.3 working, if i can't use it why pay out more money?

Yes, as Scott said Updates are free you just have to do a little work to update it. :D Click on your name in the top right and chose your downloads and download the newest update of the software. Or you could just keep using the version you are using and fail to upload your site.

I didn't even know they made a version 5.3. Nicola version 7 is awesome. It's what web design standards should be.:cool:
