Have tried the Coffee Cup Form builder but for an unresolved reason it wont email me the submission. So Im off to see what other types of forms I can use in my web site. I was using Web Page Maker before coffee Cup and the submissions from that software did come through fine. Does anyone know of any 3rd party form builders that I may be able to try out?
