It's working for me fine too Steve if that helps any. Do you have any popup blockers running at all? I did get a window that popped up to ask me what program I wanted to use to open it and maybe you have something blocking that?

At first it didn't work in chrome for me but I went back and DBL checked and it now works.

FWIW...I had a similar problem with someone not being able to open an email link using gmail...I sent them here http://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/help/top … ail+client
and it resolved it. Most likely a similar fix for hotmail, etc.

I was trying to edit our website on VSD today and every time I tried to insert an email link, it would insert %40 in place of the @ sign. I want to link the email link to a word; example: "email us by clicking here" with "here" being the link to the email address.

I tried to work around it, but it cannot get past the %40 it keeps inserting. Is there a fix for this?

Can you share a link? I would retype the email address by hand and make sure there's no extra spaces or odd characters.
