Is it possible to create a drop down menu with VSD? If so, how do I do it? If not, do you sell software that will let me create drop down menus?

VSD doesn't create dropdowns. Coffeecup does have an app but it's flash driven so I wouldn't recommend it if you think a lot of mobile users will be visiting your site.

You can also use the CoffeeCup HTML Editor (Paid Version) as that has a CSS Menu Maker built into it that does give you drop down menu setups also.
