When you tile it keeps everything the same size, any settings to get thumbnail view to see all websites in miniature?

I mean pages...not websites...

The pages are going to display pretty much the same way as though you were working on multiple pages in an application like MS Word. I don't recall whether VSD has a zoom function, if so you might try tiling them and zooming out until the tile shows the whole page.

Other than that, no, it doesn't support what you're asking.
